Capacity building
We strengthen the skills, knowledge, and confidence of those working to advance Comprehensive Sexuality Education. Our goal is to empower both young people and adults to create inclusive, respectful, and informed approaches to sexuality, relationships, and wellbeing.
We work on two levels. First, we bring our members together to share tools, methods, and lessons learned. This peer-to-peer learning sparks new ideas, builds trust, and helps develop strategies that can be adapted across different countries and contexts.
Second, each member takes this shared expertise back to their own setting - applying it with their specific communities and target groups. This means the approaches we shape together are tailored to local needs, culturally relevant, and sustainable over time.
By building capacity in this way, we make sure CSE is effective, evidence-based, and adaptable - ready to meet the realities of each context while staying true to our shared vision.
